FAQ
After receiving your order and payment we will start production of your personalised items. Due to the custom nature of the items, production will take approximately 14 days before it is ready to be shipped out.
Once your items are ready to be shipped you will receive a tracking number where you can follow the package journey.
If your item is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you via the registered email address and issue a refund for the item.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We currently only deliver locally within Hong Kong. However we are working to provide international shipping shortly.
Please note:
- Delivery times are likely to take slightly longer during holiday seasons (eg. Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter etc) or during bad weather (eg. weather warnings hoisted).
- Extra delivery charge may apply for walkup buildings or for addresses with longer walking distance from the parking. (This will normally be collected by the delivery person, and you should be informed upfront if such charge is required).
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories:
We offer FREE shipping for orders over $500. Shipping & Handling fees for orders below $500 is $30.
Outlying Islands:
Please contact us before placing an order.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We take great care in creating each item. However, in the rare case you receive a defective item, we are happy to replace it.
Please contact us at blueleafdesigns.hk@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your items with the following:
- a photo of the defective item
- a brief description of the defective product
Upon receipt of your email, we will inquire into the case and, subject to availability, we will send the replacement item.
Due to the personalised nature of our items, we do NOT accept returns once orders have been confirmed, created and delivered.
